The high-backed bucket seats up front still retain their original shape and are both comfortable and supportive, and the bench in back shows relatively little wear. The center console between the bucket bears a well-sorted array of switches and controls and, along with the dash area, is unblemished and straight. This is a well-appointed performance car and the comfort features you're likely looking for are present and accounted for, including power windows and seats, cruise control, a tilt column and air conditioning that remains fully up to the task of keeping you and your passengers comfortable. Everything's in order in the trunk area in back, with gray carpeting lining its walls and floor. Airbags on both the driver and passenger sides are a welcome safety feature. Pontiac saw to it that their top of the line Trans Am had the performance capability to deliver on the unspoken promise offered by its looks. This 1998 Formula has the LS1 engine with the normal external mods and Flowmaster muffler ..mods include : Custom Tuned by Frost,,Corvette C5 chrome wheels , lowered 1.5 inches ,many polyurethane bushings , upgraded brakes , T56 6 speed manual transmission with Hurst Shifter and Stage 3 clutch ,,about 5k ago.373 rear gears..runs and drives great ...for the bad ,,drivers seat leather is torn ..both bumpers could use painting.. i bought a Skyline and just don't drive it anymore..Has a custom adjustable Nitrous kit on it but never wired inside or used.. cant remember everything. Pass window is slow , Stock Monsoon radio with steering wheel controls ,,speakers have been replaced ..lousy window tint job . not many made in this color ..drive it anywhere. always adult driven.
